If you live or work within a 40-minute radius of Woodbury, CT I offer in person sessions where I will travel to you. Otherwise I offer zoom sessions. The length and frequency of sessions are determined by the client’s individual needs. During your first session we will discuss what you want to achieve in our work together. We can then establish a schedule that supports that goal. 60-minute sessions are common, but different session lengths are available.
